Two Shrewsbury Deeds Post Prices Above $660,000; Most of Month's Sales Still Await Pricing
Shrewsbury recorded 10 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only two carry a posted sale price so far: $703,200 for a Hamilton Circle condominium unit and $660,000 for a property listed under a family trust, a median of $681,600 between the two. Eight of the 10 filings, including three others tied to the same Hamilton Circle condominium building, show price not yet available, a status typical of recent recordings rather than any withholding by buyers or sellers. Several unpriced filings list banks or credit unions as the seller of record. With most prices still outstanding, this period's market tone cannot yet be characterized from the available data.
