Shrewsbury records 13 property transfers, but sale prices mostly undisclosed
Worcester County recorded 13 Shrewsbury property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only two listed a sale price: $1,123 for 22 Tanager Dr. and $250,000 for an address-less trust-to-credit-union filing, producing a calculated median of $125,561 from that limited sample. Trowbridge Lane saw two transfers, and four of the 13 deeds named a bank or credit union as a party, while two others showed matching-surname trust transfers. With 11 of 13 deeds carrying no disclosed price, the data does not support a clear read on market tone this period.
