Shrewsbury Records 11 Deeds in Early August, but Prices Mostly Undisclosed
Worcester County Registry of Deeds records show 11 property transfers recorded in Shrewsbury from Aug. 7 to Aug. 10, all within the Aug. 7-Sept. 5 reporting window. Only two carried a disclosed sale price, both at $100,000, setting the price range and median at $100,000. The top disclosed sale was 16 Spring Circle, sold Aug. 7 for $100,000 by Peter and Jennifer Collins to Operative Bank. Lake Street had two recorded transfers, both undisclosed. Eight of the 11 deeds listed a bank, credit union or mortgage entity as grantor or grantee, and with price data available for just two properties, overall market tone cannot be determined from the available figures.
