Only two carried a recorded sale price, both at $100,000, setting the price range and median at $100,000. The top recorded sale was 16 Spring Circle, sold Aug. 7 for $100,000 by Peter and Jennifer Collins to Operative Bank. Lake Street had two recorded transfers, both unrecorded. Eight of the 11 deeds listed a bank, credit union or mortgage entity as grantor or grantee, and with price data available for just two properties, overall market tone cannot be determined from the available figures.
