Shrewsbury Records Nine Deeds in September, but Most Sale Prices Still Pending
Nine property deeds were recorded in Shrewsbury from Sept. 4 to Oct. 3, but sale prices have reached the registry for only two so far. The top recorded sale was 67 Crescent St. at $525,000; a second transfer, address unspecified in the deed, sold for $400,000 to Central One Federal Credit Union. Those two prices bracket a range of $400,000 to $525,000 with a $462,500 midpoint, though that figure reflects just two of the nine transfers. The remaining seven, including two separate deeds on Eastern Point Drive, are still awaiting recorded prices. With most pricing outstanding, the data does not yet support a read on overall market tone.
