Shrewsbury Planning Board closes commercial hearing, advances major site reviews. The board voted 5-0 to close the public hearing for Spagtacular LLC's commercial development at 335 Maple Avenue, clearing standalone retail pads on Boston Turnpike while continuing the mixed-use Lot 2 component to July 9, 2026. Two finalized site plans received unanimous approval: 703-715 Hartford Turnpike and 67-77 & 87-97 Boston Turnpike & 21 Dewey Road (both 6-0).
The board also tabled a Cypress Ridge lot release pending legal counsel review of a pending subdivision appeal.
