No board meeting was convened, no quorum assembled, no agenda followed, and no votes taken. Garcia's four-minute statement covers his biography, first-term record, including a dementia-friendly community designation, a private road maintenance bylaw, and food-access initiatives, and three second-term priorities: a tree preservation bylaw, a Chapter 40B development strategy, and a renewed override agreement with the School Committee.
