The other 11 transactions, on streets including Boylston Street, Grafton Street and South Quinsigamond Avenue, where two transfers occurred, have prices that have not yet reached registry records, which typically post within about a week. Four transfers listed a bank, credit union or mortgage-registration entity as grantor. With pricing data this sparse, the dataset does not yet support a read on overall market tone for the period.
