Shrewsbury Library board approves state aid and HVAC project. The Board of Library Trustees unanimously approved up to $10,000 in state aid to cover end-of-year expenses as operational costs reached 69.6 percent of budget. The board also approved advancing the much-needed HVAC refurbishment project to bid process and approved the FY 2027 Library Calendar with extended Monday-Thursday evening hours.
Director Priya Rathnam received a strong evaluation rated 3.59 on a 4-point scale, with noted strengths in board relations and fiscal management.
