Shrewsbury home sales range from $200,000 condo to $750,000 property in latest deed filings
Nine property transfers were recorded in Shrewsbury from July 24 through Aug. 22, but only four listed a disclosed sale price. Among those, prices ranged from $200,000 to $750,000, with a median of $379,035. The month's top transaction was a $750,000 Shrewsbury property sale from Nicholas Aoude to Drew Mortgage Associates Inc. Orchard Meadow Drive saw two recorded transfers, including a $517,250 condo sale. Several deeds named banks or mortgage servicers as buyer or seller, and with more than half of transactions lacking price data, the records offer only a partial picture of the local market this period.
