SHREWSBURY — Select Board recommends Article 4 approval. Chair Theresa H. Flynn opened the May 18 session at Oak Middle School with four members present; Carlos A.
Garcia was absent. On a motion by Michelle K. Conlin, seconded by Gregory G.
Richards, the board voted 4-0 to recommend approval of Article 4. The board then participated in the continuation of the Annual Town Meeting, adjourning at 11:02 PM.
