SHREWSBURY — Select Board approves manager change for Willy's Steakhouse liquor license. Chair Beth N. Casavant and members Carlos A.
Garcia, Gregory G. Richards, and Michelle Conlin unanimously endorsed the appointment of Scott Longwell as manager of record at the Grafton Street establishment, citing his five-year tenure and TIPS certification. The Board also unanimously appointed Maribeth A.
Lynch and Ann Refolo to the Zoning Board of Appeals for two-year terms, and Siobhan Costello Weber and Raymond Valois for one-year associate terms. Finance Officer Keith R. Baldinger outlined a structural EMS initiative: $600,000 appropriated in FY27 for program launch in February 2027, with the remaining $400,000 requested in FY28.
