SHREWSBURY — The SELCO Commission awarded $1,000 scholarships to three Shrewsbury high school seniors: Sabrina Welsh, Sofia McLaughlin, and Florence Koo, voting unanimously. Director of Finance Jim Zocco presented 2025 Q4 financial statements with Baker Tilly auditors Dan LaHaye and Bethany Ryers; electric operations reported revenue above plan despite higher wholesale power costs and colder-than-average weather, while cable operations showed revenue slightly above plan with below-budget expenses. The Commission unanimously approved the 2025 DPU report.
