Shrewsbury Planning Board closes hearings on three development projects and approves parking modification. Chairperson Julie Holstrom and the Board unanimously approved a de minimis parking layout change for Z & N LLC at 31 Boston Turnpike and closed public hearings on a common driveway project for Sumit Kaur and Bobby Malhotra at 33 & 35 Redland Road, a subdivision modification by Cypress Ridge, LLC at 0 Greenbriar Drive, and a mixed-use development by Prestige Property Development LLC at 308 & 312 Boston Turnpike—which removed a proposed restaurant use to focus on retail. Two additional mixed-use proposals at 525 Hartford Turnpike and 335 Maple Avenue were continued to April 2, as was a new hearing on a 26,200-square-foot two-building commercial project at 223 Hartford Turnpike.
The Board also referred a proposed warrant article clarifying Accessory Dwelling Unit bylaw language to the Selectboard.
