SHREWSBURY — Planning Board okays de minimis modification for Pulte Homes at 33-69 Green Street. The applicant proposed a fourth townhouse style, reduced retaining wall heights, and relocated trash area for the garden building; engineering documentation and staff review supported the changes as qualifying for de minimis approval, with no alterations to stormwater design required. The Board voted 6-0 to approve.
In separate action, the board approved the decision for a Manufacturing Enterprise Special Permit at 333 South Street on a 5-0 vote, with conditions for both the special permit and future site plan approval. Three major mixed-use developments at 335 Maple Avenue, 308 and 312 Boston Turnpike, and 525 Hartford Turnpike were continued to the March 5 meeting pending peer reviews and traffic analysis; a Cypress Ridge subdivision modification at 0 Greenbriar Drive was also continued to March 5.
