Shrewsbury Development Corporation approves prior minutes and discusses energy and reuse initiatives. The Board received a presentation on the Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) Program from Conor Glasheen of MassDevelopment, under which over 400 projects were completed last year contributing 4.6 billion dollars to the Massachusetts economy; members agreed to monitor the program before recommending municipal opt-in. Christopher McGoldrick, Director of Planning and Economic Development, reported that a 15 Maple Avenue reuse survey drew over 830 responses, the highest participation in town history, with strong resident interest in parking and landscaping.

The Board discussed District Local Technical Assistance (DLTA) funding for an Edgemere Diner reuse study and an Economic Development Self-Assessment Tool update.
