SHREWSBURY — DEIB Committee advances plans for summer community events and prepares annual report for Select Board. The Juneteenth event will be held at the Shrewsbury Public Library with Luis Rodriguez, Roger Olivares, and Samantha Golding leading the effort; promotion will proceed through the Beal Board, the library website, and Shrewsbury Connections. Pride at the Park is scheduled for Saturday, June 27, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Dean Park with Regional Board of Health participation.
The committee's annual report, updated to reflect activities completed in 2026, will be presented to the Select Board on June 9.
