SHREWSBURY — The Shrewsbury Board of Assessors voted unanimously to enter executive session and approve or deny 58 applications for tax relief. Chair Ruth Anderson, Todd Brodeur, and Alicia Howe convened at Town Hall on April 3 to process 15 statutory exemptions, 2 Chapter 44B exemptions, 23 abatements, 4 property classifications, and 14 additional exemptions under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 59, Section 5. The Board adjourned immediately after the closed-session votes without returning to public session.
